You must cancel in writing 30 days prior to the next billing date to no longer be charged.There are no refunds. There is a $25 late fee for any payments received 5 days after your payment due date. 10 days past due you are terminated from the program with a payment still being due. After 31 days your account will be placed in collections and reported to the credit bureaus
